Oh, cats. After adopting two kittens a month ago I've come to realize the natural cat instinct is to destroy everything they see. They get away with it because they're so adorable.

Anyway! Announcement time. I'd like to think it's not so much a bad announcement, but a part of the comic's gradual evolution. The short side of it is that Wootlabs will no longer be updated on Thursdays. The Monday comic updates will continue as scheduled, and they should be longer, better, and tell a more cohesive story.

If you're interested in the long story, check out the News section, I go into more detail about this change there. View it here: http://wootlabs.thewebcomic.com/news/

Oh Catbot...you're such a cat.

Sad to know I won't be getting more updates for the comic every week, but I suppose I'll be sure to check in on Mondays.

Working a fulltime job and spending most of your freetime on the comic is rough. I think scaling back is perfectly reasonable, and using the extra time to try and improve is good for you and for us readers.
In other news, chibi Penny is adorable.

I am thankful cats do not have thumbs.

Cats with thumbs Some cats do actually, it's a genetic mutation... From Wikipedia
"Some polydactyl kittens initially have more difficulty in learning to walk than normal animals; however in some cases polydactyly appears to improve the dexterity of the animal. For example, a common variation with six toes on the front paws, with two opposing digits on each (comparable in use to human thumbs), enables the cat to learn and perform feats of manual dexterity generally not observed in non-polydactyl cats, such as opening latches or catching objects with a single paw."

...be afraid. :p
